Support ne issue toh solve kiya but confident nahi hoon
Jab mujhe software use karte waqt technical problem aayi toh maine support ko call kiya. Unhone problem ko samajhne ki koshish ki aur mujhe bataya ki kya karna hai. Thodi der mein issue toh fix hua, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki unka approach thoda slow tha aur main thoda unsure thi ki solution complete hai ya nahi. Communication clear tha par kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta tha ki thoda jaldi action lena chahiye tha. Training session ne mujhe basic tools samajhne mein help ki, lekin jab koi glitch aata hai toh mujhe thoda hesitate karna padta hai call karne mein. Software ki updates ke baad kabhi kabhi naye features samajhne ka waqt chahiye. Outcome toh final mein positive tha kyunki problem solve hua, par mujhe confidence fully establish nahi hua ki agle baar bhi waise hi response milega.
