Mera experience support ke saath bahut frustrating raha. Jab bhi maine kisi problem ke liye call kiya, response ya toh delay hua ya fir proper help nahi mili. Onboarding mein bhi guide karne mein they helpful nahi lage. Dialer aur software mein jo confusion thi, usko solve karne mein unka support bilkul upyogi nahi tha. Database feature ke baare mein doubts the, par koi clear jawab nahi mila. Automatic updates se bhi issues badhe jaise ki unexpected errors aaye. Payment process mein bhi clarity nahi thi toh invoice lena mushkil raha. I had high hopes but support ne bilkul disappoint kiya. Agar aapko quick aur sahi help chahiye toh yeh solution aapke liye nahi hai. I truly felt ki ye service meri expectations ko pura nahi kar pati hai. Bas itna hi kahungi for now.
