Support ne dil karwaya khush, pehle se zyada clear communication
Main pehle kuch aur tools use karti thi jo support wise bahut slow the. Yahan pe maine notice kiya ki jab bhi call kiya, support team instantly response deti thi, bilkul informal aur samajhdaar tariqe se baat karti thi. Pehle mujhe kai baar wait karna padta tha lekin yeh system poora transparent lagta hai aur direct connect hone mein bhi koi dikkat nahi hoti. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ki yeh experience mere liye kaafi refreshing raha hai, support staff ka strength yeh hai ki woh problem ko jaldi samajh leti hai aur solution bhi watly deti hai. Pehle mai hesitated karti thi kisi naye software ki taraf, par yahan mujhe feel hua ki mera time value hota hai aur mere questions ko genuinely importance di jati hai. Yeh clarity hi toh us software mein ratt thi jo pehle missing thi. Sohchti hoon main aage bhi yahan se support le kar apna workflow smooth banaungi.
