Support mostly met expectations but lacked some follow-up
When I first contacted support with questions about the dialer and database features, I found them to be responsive and helpful. The communications met my expectations in terms of promptness, and the explanations were generally clear. However, I did notice that some of my follow-up queries didn't receive detailed responses, which was a bit disappointing because I had hoped for more thorough assistance. The telephonic support was easy to access, which was a plus. Overall, the experience was positive and matched my prior understanding of what assistance would be available, but I would have appreciated slightly deeper engagement to resolve all lingering doubts. While the priority assistance is useful, it might benefit from a bit more proactive communication to fully satisfy customers. I remain hopeful that future interactions will improve in this respect.
