Support missed the mark when problems actually appeared
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI’s support some time after the fact, I realize they fell short when real issues arose. Initially, telephonic support felt accessible and polite, with decent response times and attempts to assist. But when problems actually escalated, the assistance did not measure up to what I expected. There was a lack of proactive follow-up and the communication became quite transactional and generic, lacking the sense that they genuinely cared about resolving the root causes. The priority assistance sounded promising but didn’t seem to expedite solutions in practice as much as it could have. What was noticeably missing was a more structured troubleshooting workflow, tools to track case progress transparently, and clearer explanations about what was being done. This made the whole scenario frustrating enough that I questioned continuing if worse issues happened again. That said, the system itself generally functioned well and the basic steps in onboarding were fine, it was only support during difficulties that felt underwhelming. In the end, I wish they had more ownership and empathy during unexpected challenges rather than just ticking boxes and moving on.
