Main kaafi baar support ke saath baat karne ki koshish ki, kyunki mujhe software ke kuch parts samajhne mein dikkat ho rahi thi. Sign-up aur payment process theek tha, koi bahut badi problem nahi thi wahan. Par jab maine telephonic support ko call kiya, toh suruat mein thodi mushkil hui ki mujhe sahi jagah mile jahan meri queries ka jawab de. Support team available thi, par unka response kabhi kabhi dheere hota tha, jo frustrating tha. Software bhi kuch jagah thoda confusing lagta tha setup ke waqt. Ek positive baat yeh thi ki automatic updates se software updated rehta tha, aur kuch naye features bhi aate rahe. Database feature bhi kaam aaya, lekin uske baare mein bhi kuch cheezein clear nahi thi. Main apne doston ko bataunga ki agar support asli time par mile toh yeh product thoda behtar ban sakta hai. Overall, support ke bina software ka istemal mushkil ho sakta hai, jo meri sabse badi pareshani thi.
