Support mein wait accha tha, par phir bhi proper help nahi mili
I am still thoda confused ki mere ko support kaise mila hai. Waiting time bahut zyada tha jab mujhe help chahiye thi, aur baar baar apni baat ko dobara explain karna pada, jo mujhe thoda bore kar raha tha. Phone par support team ne efforts kiya, but lagta tha ki unko software ki full samajh nahi hai. Main support ke strength aur weakness dono ko dekh raha hoon. Jo call tools aur dialer hain wo chal to rahe hain, par jab mujhe kuch troubleshoot karna tha toh time zyada lag gaya. Automatically updates ka process toh theek tha, aur invoicing ko samajhna easy tha. Shayad mujhe problem ho gayi thi apne side se, par overall support experience itna strong nahi laga. Mera expectation thoda zyada tha, toh main abhi is level pe 1 star dena tha.
