Support mein time zyada laga but shuruat achhi thi
Mujhe lagta hai support mein starting mein thoda time zyada laga proper direction milne mein, shayad onboarding process itna smooth nahi tha jitna socha tha. Training ka pace thoda slow tha, jaise steps confusing lage mujhe thodi der tak, aur dialer setup mein bhi thodi dikkat aayi. Lekin database management feature acha tha, usne mera jo kaam needs thi woh theek se cover kiya. Support staff responsively laga jab finally contact kiya toh, par thoda lagta hai initial phase mein zyada wait karna pada. Mujhe toh lagta hai ki agar initial setup mein thoda streamline kiya jaye toh aur better user experience milega, par overall koi badi problem nahi thi.
