Mujhe lagta hai support team thodi helpful rahi, par kabhi kabhi mujhe khud zyada follow-up karna padta tha aur ye thoda tiring tha. Jab bhi maine call kiya toh staff seedhe baat karte the, lekin kabhi-kabhi lagta tha response time better ho sakta tha, especially jab busy ho to. Dialer aur software use karte waqt problems aaye toh wo solve karne mein thodi der lagti thi. Payment aur invoice process thoda confusing lagta tha shuru mein, toh usme bhi support ki zarurat thi. Mujhe ye mila ki agar main proactive hota toh zyada asaan tha samjhana aur solve karna. Overall experience thoda mixed raha, helpful moments bhi mile aur frustrating ones bhi, par aise hi hota hai kabhi-kabhi jab naya system try karte hain.
