Main support se achhi help expect kar rahi thi, par mujhe disappointment hi mila hai. Call karne par time se help nahi milti thi aur jab messages bheji thi toh response bhi bahut late aaya. Bahut baar toh wait karna padta tha bina kisi update ke, jo kaafi frustrating tha. Invoice aur payment process toh thik tha, par support ke bina pura experience poor lagta hai. WhatsApp ya email par bhi queries ka jawab milna bahut slow tha, aisa lagta tha jaise unki team busy hai ya shayad unke paas kam staff hai. Agar prompt communication hoti toh main zyada stress free feel karti, par support mein yeh kami ne kaafi problems create ki. Training material thoda helpful tha, par problems ke time par jo turant assistance chahiye hoti hai, woh maujood nahi thi. Aise mein lagta hai ki customer ko akela chhod diya gaya hai apni problems ke saath. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar woh log apne support team ko improve kar lein toh kaafi farak padega.
