Ek baar bola ki mujhe documentation check karni chahiye thi, lekin mujhe lagta tha unko zyada proactive hona chahiye tha. Baaki support interactions mein clarity nahi thi aur mujhe disappointment hua ki communication expected standard ke according nahi tha.
