Support team ne toh helpful hone ki koshish ki, par issue solving mein jo delay hua wo mujhe disappointing laga. Main expect karti thi ki training ke baad bhi agar koi problem hoyi toh wo turant suljhaayi jayegi, par yaha use experience thoda alag tha. Invoicing process clear tha, uske alawa mujhe lagta hai ki unka communication thoda slow tha, is wajah se mera kaam late hua.
