Main yeh samajh rahi thi ki jo support system mujhe milega woh pehle use kiye gaye products se better hoga, lekin mujhe lagta hai waisa nahi tha. Telephone par baat karne mein problem aayi aur kai baar calls bhi drop ho gayi thi, jo mujhe thoda frustrate kar rahi thi. Software update bhi itna effective nahi laga, matlab main jis tarah se expect karti thi us tarah se smooth experience nahi mila. Mujhe repeatedly lagta raha ki documentation aur help resources kam the, aur har baar jab mujhe help ki zarurat hoti thi support team se, toh response slow rehta tha. Yeh sab cheeze milkar mujh mein confusion badhati rahi. Sabse noticeable baat yahi rahi ki jab tak communication sahi nahi hoga, tab tak main software ka accha use nahi kar sakti. Issi wajah se mera overall experience kaafi disappointed raha.
