Honestly, main support se baat karte waqt bahut frustrate hui. Pehli baat toh yeh ki mujhe call par baar-baar wahi questions repeat karne pade, jaise ki woh meri baat samajh nahi rahe ho. Mujhe laga that telephonic support thoda zyada wait karwana padega, but itne time tak hold me rakhna expected nahi tha. Response aate time ki koi clarity nahi di gayi, aur main bas soch rahi thi ki bas jaldi baat ho jaye. Woh billing process par bhi confusion thi, advance payment ke baad mujhe phir invoice ke liye kitni baar request karni padi. Yeh sab repeated explanation dena mujhe bilkul pasand nahi aaya, aur main expect karti thi ki thoda zyada organized hoga session. Sara communication experience disappointing tha, mujhe lagta hai ki process ko streamline karna hoga for better customer satisfaction.
