Maine jab support ko call kiya tha, toh baar baar mujhe apna issue batana pada. Wo ek baar mujhe samajh toh gaye the, par phir bhi mujhe intervals mein wait karna pada, kai baar hold mein. Ek particular call mein mujhe laga ki finally mujhe koi help mil jayegi because wo support ka staff kaafi polite tha, par fir repeat questions aur waiting ne sab frustrate kar diya. Half hour se zyada time tak mujhe wait karna pada, aur baar baar mujhe apna problem describe karna pada, kuch bhi effective solution nahi mila. Kabhi lagta tha ki shayad software mein update karna chahiye jo customer issue ko track kare taaki baar-baar repeat na karna pade. Overall support ka experience thoda bekaar raha, except wo ek polite moment jab mujhe laga wo samajh rahe hain mera case. But baaki time zyada waiting aur repetition mein gaya, jo waste tha. Mujhe laga tha ki better telephonic support milega, lekin woh expect karne se door rahe. In general, support se thoda zyada patience ki zarurat thi.
