Support mehnat dekh ke mixed feel hua
Support team se baat karna tha, aur haan, response mila, par thoda der lag gayi thi kabhi-kabhi. Jab main ek technical problem batayi thi, unhone toh baariki se samjhaaya aur patiently guide kiya, jo ki achha laga. Lekin doosri baar jab database update ka issue aaya, toh lag raha tha ki thoda ignore sa kiya jaa raha hai, jitna samay lagna chahiye tha usse zyada. Phone pe baat karna convenient tha, par kabhi kabhi hold par zyada time lagta tha. Overall, effort unki taraf se tha, bas speed better ho sakti thi. Yeh mix feelings hain, doosri taraf support achhi thi par thodi aur jaldi honi chahiye thi.
