Lekin telephonic support mein baar-baar wohi baatein repeat karni padti thi, jo thoda frustrating tha. Par main ye bhi samajhta hoon ki har product ke instructions itne clear nahi hote initially. Mujhe laga ki software ke database feature ka use training ke baad better samajh aaye ga, par abhi thoda mushkil lag raha hai. Overall, support acha tha but expectation jitni clear instructions ki thi wo thodi kam thi.
