Ek baar to mujhe kaafi time tak wait karna pada bina kisi update ke. Wo jo automatic update waali feature thi, uske baad bhi software thoda hang karne laga tha, aur support ne wo clear nahi kiya ki iska kya solution hai. Mujhe thoda disappoint kar diya yeh communication style ne. Lekin haan, sign-up aur invoice process theek tha, woh toh asaan tha, kam se kam usmein koi dikkat nahi thi. Overall, main expect kar rahi thi ki support kam se kam ek baar toh meri problem ko jaldi samjhe aur turant solve kare, par waisa nahi hua.
