Pehle socha tha it would take hours or days to get any assistance, but it was mostly same-day solutions. The priority assistance call line proved useful on a couple of occasions, and this made my workflow smoother. Haan, kabhi kabhi training sessions ke follow-up mein thodi late hoti thi, but overall, the communication was better than I had imagined it. It’s just that follow-ups thoda consistent ho sakte the for complete satisfaction.
