Jab maine WFHI ki telephonic support ko contact kiya, toh mera expect tha ki madad jaldi milegi aur mere issues solve honge. Lekin yeh bilkul nahi hua. Support team ne jis tarah se communication kiya, woh practical tarike se dekha jaye toh bilkul satisfactory nahi tha. Unhone mere problems ko samajhne me der ki aur response time bhi kaafi slow tha. Dialer tool me problem aaye thi, database access me trouble tha, aur maine un sab par help request ki thi. Par jo support mujhe mila, usse meri problems proper tarah se solve nahi hui. Pehle toh unka approach thoda generic tha, jaise ki mujhe automatically standard instructions diye ja rahe hain bina meri personal problem ko samjhe. Main expect karti thi ki at least ek baar problem pe dhyan dekar specific solution mile, jo nahi mila. Support ka availability hours bhi match nahi kar rahe the mere kaam ke timing ke saath, jiski wajah se mujhe phone par baar-baar call karna pada. Overall main kafi frustrate ho gayi ki problem aa rahi thi aur help expected ke tara bhi nahi mili. Yeh sab dekh kar mujhe laga ki is service me support ka stage sabse weak point hai.
