Jab maine call kiya toh sabse pehle system samjhane mein time zyada lagta tha, aur jitni baar maine bataya details, lagta tha woh repeat ho rahi thi. Mere liye sabse badi dikkat ye thi ki unki telephonic support ko milna asaan nahi tha, aur jab mil gaya toh samajh nahi aaya ki woh kaise mere problem ko solve karenge. Training ke baad bhi jab queries thi, toh unka response dheere dheere aaya, jo kaafi disappointing tha. Overall communication clearly better ho sakti thi. Agar mujhe dobara choice dena ho toh main shayad phir se sochunga, kyunki woh ek baar samajh nahi aya.
