Support made it easy to get unstuck, some info was harder to find
When I needed help navigating the software’s more complex features, the telephonic support was a clear highlight. I found that calling their helpline provided prompt responses and the staff were patient in walking me through troubleshooting steps. This made figuring out things like database management and dialer settings much less stressful. However, I did notice that some information I was looking for—particularly around automatic updates and how billing adjustments are handled—was not as easy to locate in the online resources or during the initial training. It felt like the support was the go-to for these issues rather than an easily accessible FAQ or detailed guide. Despite this, the overall communication from WFHI seemed reliable and the sign-up, invoicing, and payment processes were smooth. So while finding every piece of info independently could be a bit challenging, the support system filled those gaps effectively. I’d say, if you don’t mind asking for help when needed, the support setup works pretty well in practice.
