Support lines were helpful but bhi thoda inconsistent
Main overall thoda confused raha support ke mamle mein. Kabhi call uthate hain aur acha guide kar dete hain, lekin kahi baar wait karna paadta hai, ya mujhe apni baat repeat karni hoti hai. Phone support mein kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki jo banda samjha raha hai, uske paas proper info nahi hoti ya wo turant solution nahi de pata. Dialer aur database tools software pe acchi tarah kaam karte hain, par jab kabhi kuch problem aati hai to main support ko dobara contact karne ko majboor ho jata hoon. Jo bhi thoda acha lagta hai, wo ye ki unka system gradually improve ho raha hai aur mujhe lagta hai main agle baar bhi support use karunga, par expect kar raha hoon ki thoda aur consistency aaye is baar.
