Mujhe support team se contact karna pada kyunki mera dialer software raat ko kamaal se nahi chal raha tha, lekin unki timing mere kaam ke hours se match nahi karti thi. Maine kai baar bataya ki main usually subah kaam kar leti hoon, phir bhi unka response dinner ke baad aata tha. Is wajah se problem resolve hone me bahut time laga aur har call ke baad mujhe apni problem dobara repeat karni padti thi. Aisa laga jaise unhe meri timing ke baare me samajh nahi aaya. Support staff helpful tha par unka schedule mere liye bilkul sahi nahi tha. Kaafi frustrating experience tha yeh.
