Support left me uncertain, though initial response was prompt
My experience with the support and communication side of things was rather disappointing overall. While the initial contact was quick and seemed promising, the follow-up support failed to inspire confidence. Several times, I felt the explanations were vague, and I was unsure whether my issues had been fully understood or addressed. The telephonic support was polite but inconsistent, sometimes taking too long to provide clear solutions. This left me uncertain about the reliability of the assistance if I were to face more complex problems later. On the one positive note, the sign-up process was smooth and straightforward, which I appreciated. Nonetheless, as the communication did not meet consistent expectations, I hesitate to fully trust the support system based on my experience so far.
