Support Left Me More Frustrated Than Helped
Initially, I was optimistic about the telephonic support, hoping it would clarify the recurring confusion I faced during onboarding. Unfortunately, the experience involved a lot of waiting on hold, repeating my situation multiple times to different agents, and often getting generic responses that didn’t address the nuances of my problems. While I have to admit the updates applied automatically without any hassle, and the software itself was rather intuitive, the communication part seriously hampered my ability to move forward quickly. Each time I called, I expected a more streamlined follow-up, but instead spent significant time being redirected or asked to confirm the same details again. This repetition made the process feel drawn out and inefficient. Billing and invoicing steps were clear, but lacked proactive assistance when I needed clarifications. The dialer worked fine; it was consistent during the week I tested it, but I rarely needed to use it because the support delays overshadowed other features. I think with better initial alignment and less back-and-forth, the onboarding could have gone smoother, but as it stood, the support chain was the major roadblock.
