Support lacked the confidence I needed by end of call
I spent considerable time trying to get answers through WFHI’s telephonic support but ended the process feeling unsure. During one particular call when I asked about integrating the database with the calling tools, the agent’s responses were vague and didn’t fully address my concerns. I was hoping they would provide clearer step-by-step guidance or refer me to better resources, but instead, I was given general statements that didn’t inspire confidence. Before that moment, the other support calls were somewhat decent, with the staff being polite, but none really helped me feel assured about my technical issues. What seemed to be missing was a knowledgeable contact who could understand the complexities and offer precise solutions rather than scripted replies. This lack of clarity left me hesitant to rely on support in future problems, which for me is a crucial part of remote-work software like this. Without a stronger communication link, I felt stuck despite the technical potential of the product.
