support lacked some proactive guidance

Honestly, the telephonic support was there when I reached out, but I felt I had to figure out a lot on my own. It’s not like they were unhelpful or anything, but the guidance wasn’t super proactive. Sometimes, I called just to understand some features like how the database sync worked with the dialer, and I often ended up finding answers by browsing their updates or training materials on my own. Don’t get me wrong, the support responded within reasonable time frames, and the people were polite, but it wasn’t the kind of hand-holding I expected at first. The software itself is good, and the automatic updates run smoothly, so that was great. Signing up and managing invoices was okay and pretty straightforward, nothing much to say about that. But when it came to learning some functions, like setting up workflow rules or sorting contacts within the database, I wished for more example calls or walkthroughs during onboarding. The training helped, though it assumed a bit of self-study. The dialer worked well once set up, though I had to troubleshoot minor things myself, like call recording options. Overall it’s a solid platform but I think having more proactive support would have really boosted confidence in the early days.
