Support lacked clear explanations, missed crucial details
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI’s telephonic support, I was quite frustrated by the lack of clarity in communication. On multiple occasions when I reached out to clarify issues with the calling tools and dialer, the explanations I received were vague and did not address my specific problems. The technical terms used were often too complex without additional simplification, leaving me more confused than before the call. Furthermore, when I inquired about the automatic updates and how they might affect my usage, the answers were not thorough, and I had to search for the information independently. The onboarding training provided some initial information but was insufficient in preparing me for the day-to-day challenges. I felt the support team missed out on giving practical advice that could have empowered me to resolve common issues independently. Even the guidance on the database feature was limited, leaving me uncertain about its best use in my workflow. After reflecting for some time, it seems that better structured and more patient communication would greatly improve the user experience. For anyone who values clear and detailed assistance, this might not be the best fit without persistent follow-ups. The sign-up and invoicing process were straightforward, but that did little to compensate for the communication gaps elsewhere.
