Support lacked clear directions needed
Throughout my time interacting with the support team, I found it surprisingly difficult to find straightforward help for the specific issues I faced. The knowledge base and telephonic assistance didn't provide clear step-by-step directions, which I needed given the complexities of setting up the dialer and navigating the database features. When I tried to get assistance via calls, the representatives often gave generic responses that didn’t address my exact problems. This made the troubleshooting process slow and frustrating without any easy way to find the information independently. The lack of clear documentation and easy to understand guidance left me feeling unsupported. Even though the software itself had potential, the difficulty in accessing proper help to resolve issues was a major drawback that severely impacted my experience.
