The waiting time on calls felt excessive, which added to the impatience during an already stressful setup. However, I will say that once the right person understood my issue, their willingness to help was genuine, and they tried to resolve it during the call. Still, the whole process dragged largely due to lack of clear communication and inefficient transfer protocols. It often felt like I was going in circles. Waiting for callbacks extended the timeline unnecessarily, and the expected prompt assistance wasn’t always prompt. I appreciate that the representatives remained polite and tried to help, but the overall speed and directness could be much improved.
