Support team ka response timely tha, par kuch baar unki explanations clear nahi thi. Jab kuch issues aaye, toh mujhe unki taraf se help milne mein thoda confusion hua. Unke saath baat karke acha laga, lekin jo problem thi, wo sahi se address nahi hui. Thoda effort aur clarity ki zaroorat hai.
