Support lacked a clear stepwise guide
The support team did respond but I felt like the steps they suggested were not organized in a very logical sequence. Sometimes they gave solutions out of order, which made it harder for me to follow and apply correctly. While the team was polite and offered help generally, the way instructions were presented didn’t really build up from simpler to more complex tasks. It would have helped if there was a more clear roadmap during calls or emails for problem resolution. I did appreciate that they were available to talk by phone when needed, even if I had to ask several times for guidance on what to do next.
