Support labels were not what I expected, which was confusing
When I first used the WFHI support system, I thought the communication labels and wording would be clearer. I expected straightforward terms reflecting the issue and its resolution, but sometimes the labels didn’t quite convey the right tone or meaning. This made choosing the correct option or understanding the guidance a little tricky at times. However, I can admit that once I got through, the telephonic support was helpful and relatively prompt. The trainers were clearly knowledgeable even though the initial navigation of support materials was confusing. I suppose the language used in the software could be more user-friendly, especially for someone who expects simple instructions. Even if the software functionality and database were fine, the communication elements need refinement. I liked that automatic updates happened without disrupting my workflow. Overall, the experience was a bit frustrating because of the wording mismatch, but the actual support provided did meet basic expectations. I think with clearer phrasing and labels, this would be a much smoother experience for new users coming in hoping for quick help.
