Support labels were mostly clear but sometimes confusing

I expected support communication to be very straightforward, but sometimes the wording felt a bit too technical for casual users. The labels within the software mostly made sense and matched what the instructions said, which helped in understanding the steps to set up database entries or use the calling tools. However, during telephonic support, there were moments when explanations jumped into jargon quickly, causing a bit of confusion. Although the overall outcome was positive since my issues were eventually resolved, the experience could have been smoother if the wording was more user-friendly throughout the interface and support dialogues.
