Support labels mostly clear, but sometimes they feel like jargon

I’ve talked about the support and communication labels here a few times now since I use them regularly. Overall, the wording on the support interface does make sense, although some terms seem unnecessarily complicated. The priority assistance option especially could be simplified to save time when you just want a quick answer. The telephonic support itself is decent, and I can usually get through to someone who understands the issue without silly delays. But every time I explain to friends how to navigate those menus or services, I warn them that the labels might trip them up for a bit. There’s just enough jargon in the call system that it makes simple tasks seem more intimidating than they should be. Still, the support staff is friendly and helpful once you get past the interface hurdles.
