Support labels mostly clear, but few terms confusing

So, I’ve been chatting with support quite a bit while figuring out some parts of the software, and honestly it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. On the good side, they’re pretty quick to pick up on what you’re asking and the call experience with the dialer is smooth, which is handy for practice calls. I liked how the onboarding flow was explained step-by-step, and the database feature was given a nice intro that made it seem less intimidating. However, some of the labels on the software dashboard and training modules left me scratching my head. Like, there were terms used that didn’t match what I expected from other tools I’ve tried. I had to ask support to clarify what “Lead conversion impact” really meant in context, and I wasn’t sure why some buttons said “Sync now” instead of “Update,” which confused my understanding of auto-updates. The telephonic support explained things well once I asked but overall the wording could be a bit friendlier. It was definitely helpful, but I’d say they should rethink some of the phrasing so it’s more intuitive at first glance.
