Support labels made sense, but some delay was puzzling

I reached out to the WFHI support hoping for rapid assistance because I had some confusion about the dialer feature labels. At first, the response was timely and the team explained the call queue and priority sections pretty well, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to inquire about the database auto-update frequency, the wording in the email was quite vague and I felt I had to guess the real meaning. It took a while before I received a clearer explanation through a phone call, which was better but frustrating nonetheless. The support interaction was fine overall but could improve in clarity and speed, especially for technical terms. The labeling in the software generally made sense once I spent time figuring it out, but some terms seemed inconsistent between the dashboard and the training materials. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, though, as I managed to navigate with patience, and I suppose not all software interfaces are perfect to begin with. I’m still using the platform and confident most features work as intended, but clearer language and quicker replies would definitely improve my overall experience. It wasn’t bad or good exactly, somewhere right in the middle with room for improvement.
