Support labels left me puzzled throughout
Honestly, their support and communication felt kind of confusing to me. The labels on the dashboard and the help menus didn’t always make sense and sometimes I wasn’t sure which option would solve my issue. I kept going back and forth just trying to figure out where to click next. One good thing was that when I finally got through on a call, the person on the line actually understood my concerns, which was kind of a relief. Still, those unclear terms and labels made the whole process frustrating because I often wondered if I was missing something simple.
