Support labels and wording need a rethink

From a practical standpoint, I found the support communication somewhat confusing. The labels and prompts in the help section often didn’t match what I expected, which made navigating solutions harder than necessary. It did the job in the sense that eventually I got some answers, but it took more time than I thought it should because the wording wasn’t clear. The telephonic support was okay; the representatives were polite, but they sometimes used technical terms without explaining them, leaving me to figure out bits on my own. Automated updates occasionally changed feature interfaces, which wasn’t announced clearly and added to my confusion. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward enough, so at least invoicing had no issues. To sum it up to a friend, I’d say the support works, but some labels and explanations could be improved so it actually feels intuitive rather than just functioning with effort.
