Support labels and wording just didn’t make sense

I expected clear and straightforward wording in the support sections and labels, but what I encountered was confusing and poorly structured. For instance, terms used in the software interface often didn’t match common usage or were inconsistent with the training material, which made navigation difficult. When I sought telephonic assistance, the explanations didn't align with what I saw on screen, adding to my frustration. I thought I would receive clear instructions to guide me through dialing tools and database features, but the lack of coherence was disappointing. Compared to other remote workflow software I've tried, this one failed to deliver clarity in communication and labeling that’s essential for smooth use. The mismatch between expectations and reality resulted in a steep learning curve that could have been avoided. Overall, the experience felt frustrating as I struggled to make sense of the terminology, which ultimately hindered my ability to use the product effectively.
