support labels and messaging mostly made sense
I found the support side quite user-friendly, the wording and labels were mostly straightforward without too much jargon or confusion, which made things easier when I tried to reach out with questions. The labels on buttons and menu options matched what they did, so I didn’t feel lost navigating around. Only minor hiccup was sometimes the wording felt a bit formal for quick help dialogs, which could be simplified further. Overall though, it was easy to communicate and get basic clarifications by phone, the support system felt well designed for day-to-day interactions.
