Jo cheez achi lagi woh yeh thi ki telephonic support thoda personal touch deta tha, but overall communication mein consistency nahi thi. Invoicing process theek tha, samajhne mein thodi dikkat hui initially, but once samajh mein aaya, smooth tha. Dialer system kabhi kabhi hang kar jata hai, aur call drop hoti hai, jo naturally frustrating tha. Signing up mein koi badi pareshaani nahi hui, par onboarding thoda lengthy laga. Matlab bataun toh support mein patience rakhna padega, kyunki problem fix mera matlab ka expect nahi tha.
