Lekin thoda baar baar apne issue ko samjhane ka time laga, jo kabhi kabhi frustrating bhi hota tha. Waiting time zyada nahi tha, par response thoda slow laga kabhi kabhi. Jo training aur onboarding queries thi, un par quick answers nahi mile, thoda delay tha. Lekin jo call dialer ya database related technical problems aayi, unke liye support strong tha; unhone detail mein explain kiya. Invoicing aur payment process smooth raha, ismein koi issue nahi tha.
