Support ko dhundhna thoda tricky tha
Jab main WFHI ki support ko try kar raha tha, toh initial stage mein mujhe thoda confusion hua. Software ke andar jaake support section dhundhna utna easy nahi tha, especially jab mujhe kisi specific feature ke liye madad chahiye thi. Lekin ek baar jab main unke helpline number par call kiya, toh communication thodi achhi thi. Support team ne patiently mera problem suna aur solutions dene ki koshish ki. Bas issue yeh tha ki jab tak main sahi documentation tak nahi pahucha, tab tak kaafi time lag gaya. Agar database feature ke baare mein mujhe pehle se thoda detailed information milti toh shayad itna struggle nahi hota. Overall, support thoda inconsistent laga – tab helpful lagta hai jab call lagta hai, par jab self-help resources se kuch dhundhna ho, toh itna smooth experience nahi milta.
