Jab mujhe thodi technical help chahiye thi dialer use karne me toh mujhe sahi jawab mile lekin uske baad database related query me thodi der lag gayi. Last me confidence jo mila wo thik tha, par ye sab experience har kisi ke liye same nahi rahega. Agar aap thoda technical background rakhte hain to shayad ye support aapke liye theek rahe, nahi toh thoda frustrated bhi ho sakte hain. Mujhe laga ki company ki taraf se jo telephonic support mila wo theek tha but har question pe turant response milna chahiye. Overall mix feeling thi.
