Response time efficient thi aur solve karne mein bhi patience dekha jo mujhe achha laga. Though kabhi kabhi thoda wait karna padta tha, overall communication clear thi. Unhone jo bhi queries thi mere ko, wo samajh ke jaldi explain kiya, aur mujhe laga they were genuinely trying to help, jo rare cheez hoti hai aise service mein. Training sessions ke baad bhi, jab kaafi questions rahe, to unke support ne acha saamna kiya. Thoda improvement ho sakta hai voice clarity mein kabhi kabhi, par service strong lag rahi thi mere liye.
