It took a surprisingly long time to get proper answers from the support team, which was frustrating. When they finally responded, the explanations they gave for the software functionalities and payment process were clear enough to understand, so that part was good. However, the delay in communication really impacted how smoothly I could navigate issues. The telephonic support did try to assist at a later stage but initially the lack of clarity in guidance left me confused. So while the support staff’s knowledge was adequate, the timing and consistency could definitely be improved to make the interaction more helpful.
