Main WFHI se telephonic support ke liye contact kar raha tha jab mujhe thoda confusion hua database feature use karte waqt. Poore support experience me usually sab theek tha, par ek baar jab mera issue zyada complex hua toh response thoda late mila, is wajah se confidence thoda kam hua. Lekin usi waqt, jab support ne patiently mera problem samjha aur step-by-step guide kiya, tab mujhe laga ki ye feature kaafi helpful ho sakta hai. Baaki software aur dialer bhi standard performance de rahe hain, par kabhi kabhi chhoti glitches aa jati hain jo thoda distracting hai. Overall, main itna hi kahunga ki support toh hai, par kabhi kabhi timing aur clarity better ho sakti thi, jo meri confidence ko thoda effect karta hai.
