Mujhe jo support aur communication kaafi bhi mein mila, woh mere expectations ke kareeb tha. Onboarding ke waqt support team ne mujhe patiently samjhaya ki software kaise function karta hai aur queries ka timely jawab diya gaya. Kabhi-kabhi thoda time lagta tha reply lene mein, jiski wajah se thoda wait karna pada, par overall experience acha tha. Training sessions ke dauraan bhi communication smooth tha aur kisi bhi confusion ko clear karne ki koshish ki gayi. Jo chhoti si kami lagi woh yeh ki jab kabhi main telephonic support pe call karti thi toh wait time kabhi kabhi zyada lagta tha. Lekin, overall team dedicated lagti thi aur har instance mein madad karne ki koshish ki gayi. Bas ek bar thoda slow response mila lekin baaki sab thik tha. Toh mera verdict yeh hai ki support systems ache hain aur basically jo promise tha woh deliver kiya.
